Tips for Successful Access

Check All Folders: Sometimes, invitation emails can end up in spam or junk folders. Make sure to check all folders if you don't see the email in your inbox. Use the Correct Account: Ensure you are using the correct account details (email and password or SSO/Google account) to sign in and access your premium content. Contact Support: If you continue to experience issues, please schedule a 1:1 to troubleshoot live with a technical advisor using this link.

Receiving Your Invitation

Check Your Email: Your TryHackMe premium invitation will be sent to the primary email address listed in your Learner profile on MMA. Important: If you have been using your primary email for previous TryHackMe assignments, you will not receive an email. Your account will be upgraded automatically. Accept the Invitation: The invitation will come from TryHackMe Open the invitation email. Click on the provided link to accept the premium access.

Logging In to TryHackMe

Existing Users: If your account was upgraded automatically, you can continue to log in as usual. New Users: After accepting the invitation, log in using your email and password.

Troubleshooting Login Issues

No Account Found: If you receive a message stating that you do not have an account, consider the following: SSO or Google Sign-In: You may have used Single Sign-On (SSO) or signed in with Google previously. Ensure you are using the correct login method. * Correct Email: Double-check that you are using the correct email address associated with your TryHackMe account. Premium Access

You will have access to the paid version of TryHackMe (THM) for part of the Job Success Phase. The exact length of access depends on your cohort's schedule, as the paid licenses last for 3 months starting from your upload date. This timeline can vary due to any schedule adjustments, you will receive an email notifying you that your paid license has ended.
